Returns Policy

 

General Rules

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not, you may return or exchange your item in it’s original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase.  A full refund of the purchase price will be returned to you. Original condition means the item has not been damaged or altered.  Clothing must not have been washed or worn, aside from trying it on.  Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, instructions, and materials.  Prior to returning an item, please send an email to our customer service department at customerservice@newenglandtradingpost.com to inform us.  We will then issue you a return authorization number.  Any item not meeting the timeframe or condition of this policy will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item.  You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Refunds

All refunds are pending until the product is returned to New England Trading Post and the final inspection of the product is complete. Approved refunds will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.  Please note, shipping fees are not refunded.
